Holding a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and a legal qualification, she combines technical understanding with legal precision to provide clients with commercially focused and solution-driven legal services.
Her background in the construction industry provides valuable insight into the operational, contractual, and regulatory challenges that arise throughout the lifecycle of infrastructure and commercial projects. This technical foundation enables her to approach legal matters with a practical understanding of project execution, risk allocation, contract administration, procurement procedures and stakeholder management.
Driven by the belief that effective legal strategy should be as structured and resilient as the projects her clients deliver, Ms. Sisilana advises on a broad range of matters within the construction, procurement, labour and commercial sectors.
